WHAT ITEMS SELL THE BEST?

Clothing:  Must be clean, pet hair & smoke free, on hangers, ready to sell - less than 3 years old

Ladies:  Macy's, Saks, Nordstrom store brands and boutique apparel:  AnnTaylor, Talbots, Cache', Anthropologie, Chico's, Coldwater Creek, bebe, etc.  Maternity does very well/dresses, career skirts and suits not so well since people have adopted a more casual work dress code and lifestyle.  We do not accept clothing in bags since an employee was injured by broken glass mixed in with clothing!  Ladies clothing sizes are size 2 - 18. 

Teens:  Abercrombie & Fitch, American Eagle, Buckle & Hollister brands.  Size 0 to L/XL for girls.  Teen boy's up to 36 inch waist for pants/size L/XL. 

Tweens:  Justice, Talbots Kids, Abercrombie Kids
Childrens:  babyGap, Gymboree, Janie&Jack, European boutique brands..size 12 mths and up.

Home décor:

Furniture!  Must be in great condition and preapproved before it is brought into the shop.  No water or heat rings, nothing needing reupholstered, cleaned or repaired.

Lamps with good shades - pictures with nice frames – Lenox, Mikasa or Waterford Crystal pieces. 

Home sale brands:  Silpada/Southern Living/Longaberger baskets

Clothing:

We don't take men's clothing, wedding or bridesmaid dresses, new or used swimwear, undergarments, slippers or sleepwear. Difficult sellers are raincoats, suits, mother of the bride dresses and clothing with tags cut out since there isn't a manufacturer/care or size label.

We don't sell mart brands since they can be bought new at deeply discounted prices and we want you to earn as much as possible!  Some brands that don't sell well are:  Target (Circo, Mossimo, Simply Basic)/Kohl's (Sonoma, Basic Editions)/Walmart (Route 66, LEI)/Sears (Covington), JCPenney,  Karen Scott, Karen Kane, Dress Barn, NY&Co., Charter Club, Positive Attitude, Casual Corner, Esprit or Lee, BMoss, Carters, Alfred Dunner, Sag Harbor, Petite Sophisticate and Fashion Bug.

We don't sell clothling over 3 years old in style - our customers want current styles at great prices!

Home décor:

Small picture frames, small brass décor, garage sale stuff such as coffee mugs, individual drinking glasses, china with less than 6 complete place settings, lamps without lampshades,  small vases, small candlesticks, everyday crystal, 80's country style.  We don't sell mattresses, stuffed animals, homemade afghans/doilies, window treatments, window blinds, comforter sets or blankets, electronic equipment – tv's, computers, kitchen equipment -  craft kits or supplies.

Fall – Aug 1 – Oct 1st  
Winter/Christmas – Oct. 15th - Dec. 1st
Spring/Summer – February 15 – June 15
