WHAT ITEMS SELL THE BEST?

Clothing:

Ladies:  Specialty store and better department store brands:  AnnTaylor, Talbots, Cache', Anthropologie, Chico's, Coldwater Creek, bebe, White House/Black Market. Etc.  Maternity does very well/dresses and suits not so well since people have adopted a more casual work dress code and lifestyle.  No more than 3 years old for all clothes...must be clean and on hangers or neatly folded in disposable boxes.  Sizes 2 - 18.

Teens:  Abercrombie, American Eagle, Aeropostale, Hollister, 7 and Citizen's Jeans, Underarmour – size 0 to16/18.

Tweens:  Justice, Limited Too, Talbots Kids – sizes 10 and up to 16/18.

**Prom Gowns/First Communion Dresses/Boys Navy blazers/Halloween Costumes all do well!***

Home décor:

Furniture!  White girls furniture – shabby chic – cool teen décor.  Must be in great condition and preapproved before it is brought into the shop.  No water or heat rings, nothing needing reupholstered, cleaned or repaired.

Lamps with good shades - pictures with nice frames – Lenox, Mikasa or Waterford Crystal

Home sale brands:  Silpada/Southern Living/PartyLite/Longaberger baskets

Clothing:

We don't take men's or children's under size 10.

Wedding or bridesmaid dresses/heavily sequined formal gowns/new or used swimwear, undergarments, slippers or sleepwear.  Everyday purses having obvious wear.

We don't sell mart brands since they can be purchased new at deeply discounted prices and we want you to earn as much as possible!  Some brands that don't sell well are:  Target (Circo)/Kohl's (Sonoma, Basic Editions)/Walmart (Route 66)/Sears (Covington), JCPenney,  Karen Scott, Karen Kane, Dress Barn, NY&Co., Charter Club, Positive Attitude, Casual Corner, Esprit or Lee.

We don't take clothing over 3 years old in style, so please no pleat fronts or big shoulder pads!

Home décor:

Small picture frames, small brass décor, garage sale stuff such as coffee mugs, individual drinking glasses, china with less than 6 complete place settings, lamps without lampshades,  small vases, small candlesticks, everyday crystal, 80's country style.
